And of course, having fun with their beloved friends and family was an essential ingredient. This gave them the intimate experience of an elopement while also having the support and love of a wedding celebration.

Acre: The Perfect Blend of Nature and Elegance

Nestled amidst the lush landscapes of San Jose del Cabo, Acre served as the idyllic backdrop for this unforgettable wedding week celebration. Renowned for its impeccable blend of rustic charm and contemporary sophistication, Acre provided an enchanting setting that perfectly captured the essence of the couple's love story.

At Acre Baja, we found the perfect blend of natural beauty and modern elegance. Earth tones like deep teals, tropical blues, forest, olive and aloe greens, along with natural browns, reflected their favorite memories, from ocean dives to forest adventures and love for coffee. It was a celebration of both the surrounding environment and their personal journey.

 

The Day Before

Gathered with their closest friends by the pool for a day of relaxation and laughter. The sun's warm embrace, coupled with the refreshing waters, created the perfect setting for them to unwind and soak in the anticipation of the upcoming celebration. With tropical drinks in hand and smiles on our faces, we reveled in each other's company. A day of pure enjoyment and camaraderie under the sun-kissed skies of Mexico.

 

The Night Before

An intimate rehearsal dinner was held with their immediate family members in an oasis where guests savored a curated menu under the sunset skies, serenaded by candle light in the middle of the palms set against the backdrop of The Jungle Room at Acre Baja. With hearts full of anticipation, they gathered together to share a special evening filled with love and connection. Laughter echoed through the air as they recounted cherished memories and shared heartfelt conversations. Glasses were raised in celebration, they toasted to the love and unity that brought them all together, savoring the precious moments before the big day.

 

Leading Up

Having been together for a significant amount of time, we craved those intimate moments usually found in elopements, like waking up + spending the morning with each other to getting ready together for a little bit before we put on the finishing touches. We couldn't resist the idea of first looks, with some of our family members, capturing their genuine reactions and building memories together.

 

Every Details Matters

The bride, a talented designer herself, poured her heart and creativity into designing her own invitations and day-of stationery for their special day. From a custom monogram that graced the save the dates to the intricate details adorning the invitations, hand written thank you cards and personalized stationery, each piece carried a personal touch that beautifully tied together the overall aesthetic. Through her artistry, the bride ensured that every guest felt the love and thoughtfulness that went into every aspect of their wedding celebration, leaving them with cherished keepsakes that would forever remind them of this joyous occasion.

 

An Intimate Ceremony

In an intimate gathering of their nearest and dearest, Teal and Ross exchanged heartfelt vows under the golden light adorned with flowers. Against the backdrop of towering trees and vibrant greenery, the couple's love radiated, creating an atmosphere that was nothing short of magical. Every detail was meticulously curated, from the carefully chosen green velvet couches, wood fans with tissues and floral arrangements to the soft strains of music that filled the air, evoking a sense of pure romance and intimacy.

Following the heartfelt ceremony, guests were invited to indulge in a sumptuous family-style dinner. Long, elegantly decorated tables were adorned with flickering candles, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The menu, crafted with love and attention to detail, featured a delectable fusion of Mexican cuisine and international flavors. As laughter and conversation filled the air, the guests savored every bite, celebrating not just the union of two souls but also the shared joy of togetherness.

 

From the heartfelt ceremony to the sumptuous family-style dinner and the magical moments of dancing under the stars, every element of this intimate wedding wove together to create an unforgettable experience.
