Custom Stationery Process
01 Discovery Call
A Creative Concept meeting is scheduled to collect all the specific design inspiration and specific information to appropriately quote the project. We hope to learn everything about you as a couple, details about the event and define your stationery goals.
02 custom quote
A custom quote will be created, reflecting the specific quantities, paper choices, printing techniques and embellishments discussed during the consultation.
03 stationery agreement & design retainer
Once approved, our Bespoke Stationery contract will be sent over, along with a required design deposit in order to confirm your spot in our schedule. Once signed and paid, the design process begins.
04 design & production
A design deck is sent over, capturing the essence of the “wedding brand” direction. All stationery details; paper size, color, print techniques, illustrations, and optional upgrades, will be shared for review.
05 pre-press & final invoice
Once design has been finalized. At this time the final invoice will be sent including all printing and material charges, plus any necessary taxes and shipping fees. Once paid your stationery is prepped for production.
06 white glove assembly & delivery
Printed by professionals, with full assembly services. Each set is carefully checked for quality and placed required pieces into the designated order they were designed for. Packed for a safe shipment to you and your guests. A final delivery date will be supplied.
