Guest Address Details
FILE SET UP
First, set up your guest address file. Download our template here or use our template as a guide for how to set up your file. Here is what you must remember:
First Things first: MAKE A COPY
Save it with your NAME. Couples or Event
You must have separate columns for your Guest Names, Address, City, State and Zip Code
Make sure names are EXACTLY as you want them shown, including ampersands (&) instead of "and"
List titles how you want them (Mr. & Mrs., Dr., The Future Mr. & Mrs., etc)
Pour some coffee or wine, it always helps : )
