Guest Address Details

FILE SET UP

First, set up your guest address file. Download our template here or use our template as a guide for how to set up your file. Here is what you must remember:

First Things first: MAKE A COPY
Save it with your NAME. Couples or Event
You must have separate columns for your Guest Names, Address, City, State and Zip Code
Make sure names are EXACTLY as you want them shown, including ampersands (&) instead of "and"
List titles how you want them (Mr. & Mrs., Dr., The Future Mr. & Mrs., etc)
Pour some coffee or wine, it always helps : )

Digital Invitation Paper Colors

SIZES: A7, A6, A2, A1

Digital Invitations are available in an array of colors, printed on 111 lb. paper with a cotton, matte finish. Bringing color front and center, these papers will allow for printing white ink, as well as darker ink colors on lighter shades of paper. Custom ink colors can be printed on wedding white paper stock. We recommend picking a lighter color for RSVP cards as guests will need to write on them, unless they are responding through a website or QR code.

Letterpress Paper Colors

Our ideal paper for a wedding invitation is beautiful, cotton. It exudes luxury and sophistication, and is the perfect canvas for any of our printing methods. For Letterpress Invitations, our paper stock comes in 220 lb also known as 600gsm. Available in two shades – Florescent White & Pearl White, printed with any matching Pantone color.

Our matching envelopes are crafted with the same preferred paper, available in several sizes to compliment any event.
