OUR PROCESS

  • Pick A Collection

    Browse through our thoughtfully designed Collections and the Print + Style Guide to get inspired. Find a complete array of options, with premium print methods, luxury card stocks and stationery upgrades.

  • Place Your Order

    A payment is required to secure a spot in our schedule and begin the design process. Once your order has been placed we will send you a form, collecting all the details for your stationery style, wording and colors.

  • Design Proofs

    We will design your first proof exactly as specified in your order. You will receive 2 rounds of digital mockups through out the design process for you to review and suggest any necessary changes.

  • Printed By Pros

    Over the years we have done our research to ensure that we are providing the highest quality printing to our clients. We liaise with the best printing companies in the US.

  • Quality + Assemble

    We will place all the required pieces into the envelopes in the designated order they were designed for. Your stationery sets will arrive ready for postage and sending out.

  • Pack + Ship

    Once your stationery has been printed, it will be carefully checked, packed and posted out to you. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with tracking information.

  • We recommend:

    Save The Dates
    Local: 8-12 Months prior to your event
    Destination: 12+ months prior to your event

    Invitations
    Local: 3-4 Months prior to your event
    Destination: 5+ months prior to your event

    RSVP Date: At least 6+ weeks before the wedding to finalize numbers for any on the day stationery or catering. This might also depend on your venue as well.

  • We print in quantities of 25.

    Save the dates, Invitation Suites and Bridal Invitations have a minimum of 25. Bespoke Stationery minimum is 50. This is to cover the labor and material costs involved with each project.

  • We print in quantities of 25. When you do your count, keep in mind that couples and families will only need one invitation. Therefore, account for number of households rather than number of individuals.

    We strongly recommend to factor in an additional 10 for keepsake and last-minute guests. The cost to print an extra 25 to your current order is significantly lower compared to the cost of ordering only 25 in a new order due to high set up costs.

  • We strongly recommend ordering 25 extra invitations at the time of making your order. This takes into account any last minute additions to your guest list. We are unable to decrease the quantity once you have placed your order.

    We do understand that guest counts fluctuate throughout the wedding planning process, unfortunately once you have approved your design proof we cannot increase the quantity of your order either.

  • Yes each semi-custom collection includes a cohesive look through out save the dates, invitations suites all the way through day of stationery.

  • Unfortunately we do not design any artwork before the order is placed.

  • You will be sent a digital mock-up of your order via email. Once the final design is client approved we will send it off to be printed. Unfortunately we are unable to print off a single copy of the final design beforehand.

    It is the client’s responsibility to proof read and approve the artwork before it is sent to print. Once the artwork has been approved, no further changes can be made. No refunds / reprints will be given due to an oversight in proofreading.

  • We strictly do not disclose the fonts we use under any circumstances. We like to oversee and experience the final product of our designs to ensure the highest level of quality. Therefore, they are not available in digital format.

  • Your invitations do not arrive assembled. We offer assembly services for an additional fee. Find our assembly services here.

  • Yes, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will endeavor to prioritize your order depending on capacity at the time. If this is confirmed possible, a rush order fee will incur.

  • As our work is custom made to order, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation under any circumstances. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
